Prime MgmtPrivacy policy
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is PrimeMerch OG, Liebenauer Gürtel 10, 8041 Graz, Austria. Email: hello@primemgmt.co. Further details are in the legal notice. No data protection officer has been appointed; there is no legal obligation to do so.
2. Enquiries through this website
This website is an enquiry site: there is no shop, no customer account, and no registration. We process personal data when you write to us through the contact form or by email.
That means your name, email address, optionally a club, brand, or team, the subject you pick for your enquiry, and your message. We forward the enquiry to our mailbox and answer it from there by email.
3. Technical access data
When you open the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data, including IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser and device type. This data serves delivery, stability, and security of the website, and is deleted automatically after a short time.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiries in order to answer them and to prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). We process technical access data on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You are under no obligation to provide data; without the form's required fields, however, we cannot deal with your enquiry.
5. Processors and third-country transfers
We use Vercel Inc. (USA) for hosting, delivery, and anonymous traffic measurement. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer relies on the EU standard contractual clauses or on certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Beyond that, we do not pass your data on.
6. Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as we are dealing with them and as long as they are relevant to a possible or existing collaboration. If an enquiry leads to a commission, statutory retention obligations for business records of up to seven years apply. After that we delete the data.
7. No cookies, anonymous traffic measurement
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising services. Fonts, images, and video are served from our own servers; nothing is loaded from third parties when you visit. That is why there is no cookie banner.
To understand which pages get visited, we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, a service of our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA). The measurement works without cookies and stores nothing on your device: visits are counted through a hash that changes daily and allows no recognition beyond that. No user profiles are created, and the data is not passed to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in anonymous traffic measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data we hold on you, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. An informal email to hello@primemgmt.co is enough.
You may also complain to the Austrian data protection authority: Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
